Cancellation Policy

At Designer Blouse, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:


1) Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact us with your order details:

  • Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)

If the order has not been shipped/ dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to the original payment method.


2) Order Cancellation After Dispatch (Not Allowed)

Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
? If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will offer replacement/refund as per our Return / Refund / Exchange Policy.


3) Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Stitched or customized designer blouses once stitching/customization has started

  • Made-to-order designs after purchase

  • Clearance / sale items after purchase


4) Refund Timeline (For Eligible Cancellations Only)

For eligible cancellations (before dispatch), refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
