Shipping Policy

1) Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2) Order Processing & Dispatch (Handling Time)

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (IST)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day where possible.

  • Handling time: 0–1 business day

  • Working days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)


3) Delivery Timeline (Prepaid vs COD)

Prepaid Orders

  • Shipping charge: ? Free

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 working days (after dispatch)

COD Orders

  • COD shipping charge: ?99

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 working days (after dispatch)

COD Offer (Free Shipping on COD)

  • If you choose COD and pay ?200 advance, you will get FREE shipping on COD (COD shipping charge waived).

  • The remaining amount will be payable as COD at delivery.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote pin codes, courier delays, weather, strikes, or during high-sale periods.


4) Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (as applicable).

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.


5) Address & Contact Details

  • Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address, mobile number, and pin code.

  • If you need to change the address, contact us immediately after ordering—changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.


6) Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

  • COD availability depends on delivery pin code serviceability and courier partner coverage.

  • COD may be disabled for certain pin codes based on past delivery performance/RTO risk.


7) Delivery Attempts / Return to Origin (RTO)

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • incomplete/incorrect address,

  • customer unavailable,

  • refusal to accept delivery,
    then re-shipping charges may apply (especially for COD orders).


8) Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged package or wrong product, please contact us within the timeline mentioned in our Return/Replacement Policy.

8) No Open Delivery (Strict)

We do not offer open delivery.
Since ethnic wear items (blouses) are delicate, opening the parcel during delivery can cause tearing or damage, and such parcels often get returned in unacceptable condition. For this reason, open delivery is not possible.
